Is there a refund policy?

No. All sales are final and we do not offer refunds on monthly subscriptions, yearly subscriptions, or one-time token refills, with no exceptions. When you purchase tokens or a plan, we immediately reserve and pre-purchase the dedicated processing capacity for your account, and that capacity cannot be recovered or resold. The only credit we issue is the no-result, no-charge guarantee: if the engine fails to remove a watermark from an image, the token for that image is returned to your balance automatically. To avoid an unwanted purchase, start with the 5 free images included with every account before you buy.
